Lamborghini Temerario Launches in Guangzhou: All-New Hybrid Supercar Makes Its Debut on Ersha Island

Lamborghini's all-new supercar, the Temerario, was officially launched at Lamborghini Guangzhou's showroom on Ersha Island. Approximately 80 guests and brand enthusiasts were in attendance to witness the official debut of this new-generation supercar, equipped with a V8 twin-turbo hybrid system, in Guangzhou. The Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica was also on display at the event, with two generations of models appearing together to showcase the inheritance and evolution of the brand's racing DNA.

The Temerario is Lamborghini's second High Performance Electrified Vehicle (HPEV), featuring a plug-in hybrid system comprising an all-new 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbocharged engine and three electric motors, delivering a combined maximum output of 920 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque, mated to an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission for a 0–100 km/h sprint of just 2.7 seconds and a top speed of 343 km/h. Its internal combustion engine revs to 10,000 rpm, making it the world's first production supercar engine to achieve this figure. The all-new aluminum spaceframe chassis increases torsional stiffness by 20% while providing more generous headroom and legroom in the cabin.

At the event, guests had the opportunity to closely examine the Temerario's design details and hybrid architecture. The new car's exterior continues Lamborghini's signature hexagonal design language, with the daytime running lights and rear exhaust both echoing this geometric theme. The Huracán Tecnica on display, with its rear-wheel-drive V10 naturally aspirated powerplant, formed a striking dialogue with the Temerario's hybrid V8, outlining the clear trajectory of Lamborghini's supercar powertrain evolution.

With the official launch of the Temerario, Lamborghini's high-performance model lineup in Guangzhou and South China has been further strengthened.
